1. Waikiki

Hawaii's greatest tourist attraction Waikiki is a beautiful oceanfront beach stretch. This modern city of Honolulu is full of attractions and entertainment with all the facilities and is easily reachable. Adding to the beauty of the backdrop of the drenched beach there is an extinct volcano named Diamond Head Crater which makes it beautiful during sunset.

2. Volcanoes National Park

Want to see hot lava flowing down the mountains?  Volcanoes National Park on the Big Island of Hawaii is the destination which offers an adventurous site-seeing on an active volcano and landscape produced due to eruption.  It’s good to see the nature's force in form of this erupting volcano which sometimes even blocks the roads.

3. Pearl Harbor and USS Arizona Memorial

Standing above the remains of the sunken ship USS Arizona this memorial is for people who died in it. A small portion of it can be seen protruding out from the water. With The Battleship USS Missouri also docked here, visitors can walk the ship's deck and a ferry shuttles visitors to and from memorial.

4. Waipio Valley 

A very beautiful landscape on Big Island of Hawaii is the valley of Waipio. Opening to ocean of white waves, black sand and blue water this fertile valley is surrounded by lush cliff walls and offers a lucrative beautiful horizon for site-seeing.

5. Haleakala National Park  

You may have seen other parks with flat ground and wilderness of forest but this one has more than that to offer. With over 10,000 feet standing inactive Haleakala Volcano and dormant crater creating a lunar-shaped landscape, Haleakala National park is located on Maui. Across the entire island views are beautiful, particularly at sunrise.

06. Maui Ocean Center 

This Ocean Center lets you see the life under the ocean waters. Sea life with Sharks, turtles and rays can be seen here in huge underwater aquariums.  A passage through these corridors is most amusing and thrilling.

7. Mauna Kea

The highest mountain in Hawaii, Mauna Kea has beautiful sights of this incredible place. One may also do skiing during winters. A home also to the Mauna Kea Observatory, it is reachable by road on a 4 wheel drive.

8. Hana Road 

Running from Pa'ia to Maui, Hana Road is a wonderful highway through lush forests and along the ocean, to the remote town of Hana. In order to see the town and for heart-throbbing drive a trip through this road is worthwhile. Owing to its rather remote location Hana has preserved more ethnic Hawaiian culture.

9. Polynesian Cultural Center 

There is something for music and art lovers too! Polynesian Cultural Center which is located on Oahu and less than an hour drive from Honolulu offers music, dance, craft demonstrations, and games. Portraying the culture and daily life of the Polynesian islanders in Hawaii, Tonga, Tahiti, Marquesas, Samoa and Fiji as well as that of the Maoris which are found in New Zealand.
